Homecoming is a community-led organization working to support food security for New Yorkers by driving business to local New York restaurants.

We organize restaurant crawls that explore the incredible diversity of Queens neighborhoods and connect them with the food pantries and organizations serving their communities.

Inspired by the departing & arriving of the iconic 7 train as it turns the corner and the vibrant early morning sunrises & sunsets we experience amongst the clear open skies of aboveground subway stations in Queens NY.

Bite-sized Chef and restaurant owner interviews filmed by Craig Nisperos, inspired by the rich stories like Goldthread’s “Chef’s Plate” series.
